WHAT'S THE VIBE?


Happy and Merry Everything! 


I realize that we are all over the spectrum around this time of year. It’s very personal. And every vibe is valid. In the true spirit of ‘take what you need and leave the rest’, I’ve pulled out several vibes that have resonated with me as we’re wrapping out the year. I hope there’s something in here that aligns with your current vibe and feels like a big warm ‘I feel seen’  hug.


REFLECTIVE VIBE 

No matter what kind of year you feel like you’ve had, you made it to another December. If you are feeling like wrapping out 2024 and want to sit in a reflective vibe, here are some reflection tools. 


+ Write or Voice Journal - retrace your steps. How are you feeling overall about this year and the various things that have happened? What were your standout moments? What challenges did you overcome? When did you feel the most peace? What habits, routines, mindsets held you back or served you most? What are you the most proud of? What boundaries did you honor this year, where did you need more? 


+ If you have social media, go back through it starting from January. Reflect on your moments. Soak up all the things you may have forgotten about. 


+ Honor your growth and healing. I don’t care who you are or what happened, you evolved this year. Think deeply about it. 


+ Who held you down? Who was in your corner? Remember all the moments. Tell them thank you. 


+ If you’re feeling creative, make a digital collage of 2024 with all your favorite moments. HERE are some Canva templates.


GRIEF/SADNESS/SEASONAL DEPRESSION VIBE 

I told my therapist that 90% of me right now is feeling like I’m that girl, super confident in who I am and I feel like forget anyone who cannot see my value. Then 10% of me is feeling hurt, sad and alone due to various situations. And I want the 90% to pull the 10% over to the other side. 


She said basically the 10% is feeling neglected for valid reasons and you want to further neglect it and not honor how it is truly feeling. And I said wow. 


If grief or sadness if your vibe, you are feeling how you’re feeling for valid reasons. And for the daily motions, I believe that gratitude and self-love will help to save you. Or at least nourish you while you are in the thick of it. Dropping two previous love letters below if this is where you are right now. And sending you love. 



REST + RECHARGE VIBE 

I read “you’ve been strong all year, end it soft”. If this is you and you have the blessing of being slower and quieter in these last few weeks of the year, baby, take it to the fullest. If you’re not feeling the tug of movement and goal setting, REST. Find the permission. Rest is productive, too. 


Rest can be sleep. It can be lounging. It can be releasing pressure of a to-do list or routine. It can be mental rest from all the thinking. It can be releasing control. It can be '‘social’ rest where you get on DO NOT DISTURB with your loved ones and log off the internet. It can be other forms of self-care like warm teas, hot baths/showers, skincare or whatever else makes you physically restful. 


Here’s the REST, BUT FOR REAL love letter. 


READY FOR A NEW YEAR VIBE 

If you’re gearing up for new year vibes, or will be soon - YASS! 


I am the strongest believer in manifesting whatever you want in this life. And you better! Here are some tools if you’re in this vibe of creating any goals, visions, desires, wants for 2025. 


Get clear about your goals! I like to separate them into life categories. Career, finances, home, travel, body, wellness, mental health, interests, creativity, education, hobbies, romance, friendships, family, self-love, community, collaboration, soul, inner self, faith, practices, spirituality. 


What you trying to do in your next chapter?? 


The book MANIFEST: THE 7 STEPS TO LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE is the perfect book to kick off anything you want to manifest if you are really about that life. 


I love do create digital vision board, here are some Canva templates. Tangible vision boards are great too and writing everything down. Get it out of your brain and somewhere you can see it, feel it, visualize it. 



At the end of the day, if you don’t want to carry some of the same old ish into another year, you have the power to create your reality. 


WRAP UP VIBES 

You might be a combination of any of these or feeling something completely different. 


My wrap out message to every person here is that we have one life to live. We all have an invisible ticking clock of how long we will be here, how long we’ll be with our loved ones, how long we’ll be able to experience this Earth. 


DO WHAT’S BEST FOR YOU. 

DO WHAT GIVES YOU PEACE. 

CULTIVATE A LIFE WITH HAPPINESS. 

CHANGE WHAT IS MAKING YOU SAD. 

RELEASE SHIT WEIGHING YOU DOWN. 

DO YOUR BEST, WHATEVER THAT LOOKS LIKE AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT. 


You deserve the most beautiful life possible. And it is possible.
